The Carving Studio and Sculpture Center (CSSC)
The Carving Studio & Sculpture Center is located in West Rutland, Vermont. It is located on the site of an old marble quarry that started operating in the 19th century. I have been a member of the CSSC for many years and exhibit in their gallery every year during the Spring Thaw Member's show. This is a great place to purchase stone, sculpture supplies and take lessons in stone carving, bronze casting and other techniques of 3-D art making.
